Writing a review today to provide insight into exceptionally bad customer service by Cindy. I am, however, giving it 2-stars, only because the shop cat is cool. My wife and daughter recently visited Eclectic By Nature to buy some crystals as Christmas presents for a couple family members. After the purchase, it was realized that the aesthetics of one of the crystals purchased was an oversight as it resembled none other than a drumette of a delicious chicken wing. Not wanting our present to look edible, my wife decided to take it back to Eclectic by Nature the following day to simply exchange it for something less appetizing. Well, much to her chagrin, Cindy happened to be working that day and was having nothing of it. Now, I realize some stores have different return or exchange policies, I get it. However, when my wife told Cindy of her desire to exchange the crystal for something of equal value, due to its unfortunate form, Cindy replied, very rudely "We don't do that here - you just have to get over it." When a "I'm so sorry, we do not accept returns or exchanges, can I help you find something else?" would have done wonders, instead they were met with a vitriolically dismissive rebuttal making it extremely clear she wanted absolutely nothing to do with our patronage. My wife and daughter were appalled by the exchange, half expecting she'd get a good chuckle from the interaction while exchanging it and being on her merry way, shocked by how the interaction actually went. The crystal in question is a Creedite - the stone of Light, which is ironically meant to help manifest that light in everyday life. While my wife and daughter went in to Eclectic By Nature full of light and holiday cheer, they left feeling embarrassed, appalled, and with a vow to never step into this vile store again or risk having a dark shadow cast upon their day. It's disappointing we're done with this place as we've patronized it in the past. This awful display of customer service turned what was originally a benign interaction into a one leaving my wife and daughter steaming and extra crispy. Your mileage may vary but for our purposes, we'll be finding a different place for our Eclectic needs and for the lost revenue that comes with our indefinite avoidance of this shop, they'll simply just have to get over it.

My favorite Greensboro metaphysical store! I have been shopping with Tavane for over 29 years. Great selection of jewelry, herbs, Tarot and Oracle cards, oils, powders, candles and more. They have items for a variety of paths & beliefs. Everyone that works there will treat you like family. They have a wealth of knowledge that can't be found in any Tik Tok video or Instagram reel. There is a reader there every day if you need a little guidance. The front porch and gardens are peaceful little spots to relax and reflect.

I was walking past the road when I saw the store. It’s so beautiful. It’s mystic in nature. They have large collection of stones and crystals. They also have ores. They sell posters, show pieces, incense sticks and, crystal jewelry. What I love about the place is the staff and the owner of the place Ms. Tavane. She is amiable and we had a great conversation with her. If someone likes crystals they should visit this store. It’s the best place in Greensboro. They also have a pet cat Arthur who likes butt scratches.
