Love that EcoGuard will send text and voice call alerts the day before! As a home with dogs, this is so profoundly appreciated! It gives us a courtesy reminder that they are coming but also a chance to make sure we have our fur babies put away. EcoGuard is really great at responding to concerns we have had about pests, are always prompt and professional, and everyone we've met and talked to on the phone has been wonderful. Couldn't ask for better service and pest care.

I had a great experience with ecoguard pest control! My tech Grayson was extremely professional and thorough. My partner and I were dealing with a frustrating flea problem, and they took the time to explain the process, treat the area, and make sure I understood how to keep the issue from coming back. I really appreciate the quality of service and care they put into their work. Highly recommend ecoguard if you need reliable, effective, and friendly pest control!

Very kind, quick, and professional service! They even think about our pups and include a picture ensuring that everything is locked up. The cost makes sense and they are willing to come out in between scheduled visits if we ever needed them to.

We had a monthly contract for a little over a year for mole service. It was a truly disappointing experience and I would not recommend this to anyone. We wanted a one time service to see if there was success, but they pressured us into an annual agreement, which I regret immensely. We had several technicians over the course of the year and they all did about the same thing - spent 5 mins and would *maybe* move one trap a few feet and then leave. We called a few months in after seeing no success and a manager came out. He set a trap and was successful in one day - then it went back to having a regular technician that did just about nothing. This manager was the only success we saw in a year plus. So not sure if it's just bad training for the technicians or what the problem was. In those 14 months, we spent just under $1,000 and had one successful trap, and a property in worse shape than ever before. They didn't try anything else, just the generic traps that we could easily buy and set ourselves. I feel like a chump for agreeing to a monthly service, and worse yet for letting the service go on, and that's on me. I just got tired of calling and trying to get better service. We did use this company for one time box elder removal and that was great. Would certainly not recommend a monthly service. Throwing money down the drain!
