We paid for express service in October, they contacted us and said parts would be difficult to get, we agreed to continue and expected to hear back with how they went. We contacted them for an update in November, nothing. Tried again in December, nothing. Tried again in January the phone number is disconnected. I'm not sure what is wrong with the email address but it doesn't seem to work either. I understand its an old part and can be difficult to source replacement pieces but no contact is unprofessional and unacceptable. I need my transmission back so I can look for another solution. I would really appreciate someone talking to me and sending back my transmission.
This is the worst custom satisfaction ever and disgusting workmanship was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Lucky to get one star. DONT GO HERE. You'll get every excuse and not see results. Worker left, tooth issues, mate died. The dodgy work that i ended up with im not happy at all, covered in silicone and parts secured with fine wire zip ties not appropriate for speakers subject to vibrations. Im over $1061 out of pocket with parts that are cheap bottom of the barrel to maximise profits they are not equal quality and not what I was quoted for, i want my money back. I had many conversations but gets nowhere. The quote was not adheared to for parts was changed with out my knowledge and it took 6 months to get my circuit boards back after i said id pick them up done or not though complete frustration. I was finally told they were ready to pick up but was wet when I picked them up, rush slap job last minute at best. I sent in 2 crossovers (one working) for my high end bowers and wilkins speakers and paid $150 for the express service to have it worked on quickly. I got nothing but excuses and the feeling something just felt dodgy. They expect to pay for parts upfront and labour before picking up so you get blindsided. Take a look at the original professional look then what I ended up with filled with silicone for $1061. I'd have happily paid more for better quality work and parts, now it has to be done twice. I am not happy with the results but they are defending their work like they've done me a huge favour and think this is an adequate result. Run while you can!
My clicker press was born in 1985. No parts are available anymore. James and Olly are terrific people, great on communication, they work very hard and do the best work they can. I am more than pleased. My electronic board was completely examined and fixed properly now the clicker press works harder than me.
James and Ollie quickly diagnosed and repaired with great success my VW acc unit that sits behind the rear view mirror. I can now use again the cruise control on the car which when you’re towing a caravan is a must have over big distances. Highly recommended these guys. They are professional, friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Kept me updated regularly.
I have no regrets going to Electronic Repairs Australia! James is so helpful and understood everything to get my lighting display fixed, that other repair shops said couldn’t be done. I took my heart shaped light prop I got from Katy Perry that she used in her 2008 world tour to James and he got it all back up and running agin, all at an amazing price! I will most definitely be coming back to Electronic Repairs Australia if I need anything fixed in the future!
