These legends fixed me up with a tiny little screw I needed that had come loose and gone missing from a watch band. The guy spent a bit of time searching and gave me one from his collection of spares. He only asked for a solid Google review in return - so here we are! Solid, trustworthy people, who I can only assume would put the same ethics into all their work. Happily recommend!

Pc had been blue screening and failed to boot. Went in for a diagnostic test with Janssen. Customer service was very poor, generally refusing to listen and talking over the top of me at a 5/5 loud voice which caused initial irritation. His diagnostic test was partially correct, partially incorrect. The correct part was that the ram sticks were corrupted which had caused me to lose 100% of the data on my primary hard drive. The incorrect part was the CPU was overheating due to aging solders. Strangely since his office had air con at 17deg the unit would only overheat at my house, but not in his office. I had taken the machine home to perform the repairs myself from his diagnosis but due to the overheating issue the PC was losing power before i could finish windows installations. I had tried to explain to him his diagnosis was incorrect since the PC was losing power/crashing, showed him the power shorts on the system logs, but he refused to listen and became agitated, falsely claiming the power outages were caused by a faulty electrical cable. The only positive note was I serviced by a trainee when Jannsen was on leave who was very professional, and quickly found the temperature logs on the computer and linked them to the CPU issue, which showed what was triggering the power outages/crashes and the diagnosis was incorrect. Poor customer service, poor business practice give this a 1/5.

I visited Moggill Road store today and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The staff member assisting me seemed overwhelmed and mentioned he had a backlog of laptops to work on before he could check mine. I was told it would take two days just for diagnostics, which felt like a long wait. Based on previous reviews, I was hoping for quicker service and a more positive customer experience.
