Shevantai my hygienist is the best! She takes her time with all of my cleanings and always have the kindest disposition. All of the staff here are awesome and professional. Gwen is the sweetest. She was very welcoming and assisted with all of myneeds. Dr. To was also very kind and helped me understand everything that was going on and what was needed. I’m so glad I found Elegant Smiles.

Credit where credit is due, the quality of their dentistry is excellent. However, I will not be going back due to serious billing issues and their lack of respect for people with disabilities: Billing issues: The first time I went, I needed to schedule a second appointment for a filling. They ask me to pay before scheduling the appointment. No big deal, I pay for it. When I showed up for that appointment, they asked me to pay for it again. I had to go find my receipt as proof that I already paid my bill. But after the appointment, I started getting emails, calls, and texts that I didn't pay. The "amount due" on my account was the same amount I already paid. I called them about the issue and they said it was a mistake; they would remove it from my account. However, I continued to get texts and emails claiming I hadn't paid my bill. I called them a second time, and again, they said they had just "forgot" to mark down that I had already paid. When I pointed out that I already called them about the issue, they said they meant to fix it and forgot. Disability issues: When I went in for my cleaning, the dental hygienist greeted me with "What happened to you?", presumably because I use a cane. (Nothing had happened to me.) She then refused to clean my teeth until I got a letter of medical clearance, citing a minor surgery I'd had 2 months prior. If that was a requirement, it should have been communicated ahead of time. While she talked to me, she grabbed my cane and fiddled with it until I grabbed it back because *what* are you doing, playing with my cane? When I rescheduled my appointment, I told the receptionist that I did not want the same hygienist (Shivantai?) because of her rude question and because she played with my cane. The receptionist apologized, said she would talk to the hygienist, and she would schedule me with someone else. But when I showed up for my appointment, I got the same hygienist. And she reached to grab at my cane without my permission again! Since I had already made a complaint at the last visit, the blame is not hers alone, but that of the dental practice who evidently did not talk to her or make any changes after the last visit. For both issues, I tried to talk with them and give them the benefit of the doubt, but Elegant Smiles proved that they do not learn from or fix their mistakes.

Love it here - you don’t wait long, when you arrive they are ready to see you. They are kind and considerate, where else can you watch tv while getting your teeth cleaned, ha! They’re thorough, you leave feeling like you went to the dentist and your teeth are stronger. And they take the time to care about you as a whole, asking personal questions to deeper understand the patient. 10/10 recommend.
