I can’t even begin to express how happy I am with Ponce Dental Studio. My experience from start to finish was seamless (even with a deep cleaning involved). The facility is clean, staff is exceptional and they truly care about the customer experience. Huge shoutout to MaryEllen, Dr. Patel and Mariah!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this office! I was extremely nervous going in for a crown and a filling, but Dr. Nia was absolutely fantastic. He made me feel so comfortable from the moment I sat down. The entire process was seamless, gentle, and incredibly smooth I literally did not feel a thing. All that anxiety for nothing! As someone who has had extensive dental work in the past, I can confidently say this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone was so friendly and genuinely caring, which made such a difference. 10/10 experience. This is exactly how every dental office should operate. I’m beyond grateful to have found them!

I am a new patient to Ponce Dental Studio. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I felt like I was a friend already. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Keisha was my hygienist and explained things extremely well. Tiara and Mariah, with their big beautiful smiles, helped with billing issues and general information. Thanks to everyone at Ponce Dental! My family is in great hands!!

I'm so glad I found Dr. Toub and Dr. Nia again. I was a previous patient when they were practicing in McDonough. I drove an hour for my first appointment at Ponce Dental Studio with Dr. Toub today and it was well worth the drive. Everyone was so nice from the front desk to the back office to the treatment coordinator and the doctor. Dr. Toub made sure I understood everything and even had one of the hygienist (Mellen) come in for a quick consult. His assistant (Trish) was the sweetest and made sure I was comfortable the whole visit. First impressions matter and everyone exceeded my expectations.

The entire front desk staff was welcoming and inviting! Keisha, my dental hygienist was exceptional at her craft and did an amazing job pointing out my areas of improvement as well as recommendations. Dr. Toub was very thorough as well and attentive to my needs. Lastly, the treatment coordinator was jovial, kind, and laid out my payment/treatment options in a manner that was easy to understand. Overall, I rate this facility 5 stars and will certainly be back!
