I walked in to ask about getting a dress altered and before i could even ask the associate told me that they were too busy before i could even ask her my question. I’m not sure where that’s considered good customer service, but suffice it to say, I’ll be happy to spend my money elsewhere. This was absolutely appalling. I’d give negative stars if i could.
I had a fantastic experience at Eliot's Tailor Shop! The staff was friendly, professional and clearly skilled at what they do. My garments were altered perfectly and fit like a glove. I highly recommend Eliot's Tailor Shop!
After living in this neighborhood for over 20 years, I finally needed to try this place. I had a rush alteration and was able to get 2 day turn around. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Very modest prices. The entire shop is just a little narrow, straight space, but they do everything from basic to complete alterations on high-end clothing. Check them out for your next tailoring need. I'll definitely be back!
I’m so happy with the service at Eliot’s Tailor! I had all three of my wedding dresses (ceremony, reception, afterparty) altered here and everything turned out perfect. My wedding dress was way too big (size 4-6 and I’m a 0-2), but she altered it flawlessly and had it ready exactly by the date she told me. The quality of her work is amazing, detailed and precise. I also used the steaming service. Highly recommend for bridal alterations!
