Elite plumbing gets high marks for price, honesty and excellent service! Robert came and after an hour fixed the problem using about 75 feet of snake to unclog my kitchen sink! Elite definitely one of the best companies I have hired in the 5 years I have lived in Florida!

My wife bought a new A/C system from Elite for a condo unit she owns in Oak Park Terrace in Vero Beach some seven months ago. And the outside condenser unit is already konked out. Needs a new coil--which is basically the largest component of the condenser unit. So we're told the coil is on order. And for weeks we wait. Finally on December 16th someone is sent out to replace the coil. My wife is told he will arrive at 11am. 11am comes and goes. The tech sends texts saying that he is enroute. Hours go by. At 2pm my wife calls the office. She is told the tech had arrived and left--and e-mails my wife a copy of the signed work order--with my wifes signature scribbled on the work order by the tech. My wife calls the office and explains what happened. She learns the unit apparently is still unrepaired. Some additional part is required. The secretary apologizes profusely and says she will get right back to my wife with an answer. Over a day later and my wife still hasn't heard back from Elite. Is this the way you do business? Sell bum A/C units then stall on service? And never bother to tell a waiting customer that you are on site? Then forge signatures on work orders? This is ridiculous. We seem to have made a big mistake in choosing Elite for our A/C service needs. UPDATE--Within hours of this review the following reply listed below appeared, apologizing for my experience and suggesting I contact their office so they can "learn more". Needless to say we have already contacted their office more than once and still this problem remains unresolved. And what more do they need to "learn?" We were sold a supposedly new condenser unit that is either defective or damaged or incorrectly installed and are getting the runaround on service or replacement (yes--the bum condenser should be REPLACED). I can only assume this "reply" is automated and basically worthless. This is no way to operate a business.

Great experience, techcian, Laz awesome. Fixed everything , provided quote prior to work and explained costs for everything. Appreciated only did what needed to be done. As well asked on future work, nice to have items and gave Great advice. Will be using Elite moving forward, and my Mom calling for work she needs for her house. Very professional, and respectful to me , my home and pets. I know the job was the right, and my house is safe from any electrical hazards.

My technician Marshall Waldron, was very informative about what he was going to do with my pump. He got right to work had a plan and he did an awesome job. I wish I had a picture before he started. He moved the location of the pump, and it is so neat and clean. It definitely made a big difference. Thank you Marshall.
