Donna and LeeAnn gave outstanding emergency veterinary care to my Bengal cat. My cat is not the biggest fan of the vet but both clinicians settled him quickly and effectively and he even looked relaxed at the end of the appointment. The service was exceptional, great communication, calm and professional manner, efficient, kind and caring. I cannot more highly recommend this clinic. I am so grateful to you both.

We had some issues with one of their partner clinics and Elizabeth St took our puppy in overnight and looked after her SO well, what went from an emergency was smoothly handled by the professionals at Elizabeth St, although they are a fair drive from our home they are worth the effort knowing my dog is in good hands

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Elizabeth Street Veterinary Hospital for the exceptional care they provided to my cat, Speedo. We arrived in an urgent situation, and from the very first moment, the staff acted with remarkable efficiency, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Speedo was treated promptly, thoroughly, and with such gentle expertise that I felt completely reassured during a very stressful time. Every step of the process was handled with care and clarity, and it was evident that the wellbeing of animals truly comes first here. Thank you for responding so quickly, treating Speedo so well, and delivering such outstanding veterinary support. I was in a desperate situation with my beloved, blue, Budgie, Chicken Nugget. The Vets helped her immediately, doing what they could, while being open and honest about their level of Bird knowledge, and keeping me updated throughout. The Staff, and the male, (I believe he was Polish?) Vet in particular, was kind, supportive, non-judgemental when I cried, caring, understanding, and informative. That gentleman who looked after Chicken Nugget, gave exemplary care (as did all the Staff), while being honest and transparent about the situation, and administered emergency care immediately, at a time when I felt so desperately helpless to help her. He saved our Chicken Nugget's life, that night. He has our eternal thanks. Brilliant Vet! ................... Sadly our beloved little girl, passed away weeks later, on Monday 27th October 2025, at 9:23am ... but it was certainly NOT as a result of anything any Vet did, or through any fault (there was none!) in the wonderful care and assistance of Elizabeth Street Vets. They gave us many more weeks of extra, happier times, with our beautiful, little, Chicken Nugget, and many more happy memories, that she and we, never would have shared, without their kind, and wonderful assistance, that night. Thank you Elizabeth Street Vets - especially the male Vet who helped us. We shall always be grateful, for all you did for Chicken Nugget, and our family. Thank you.

Excellent 24 hour care and service. The whole team were fantastic in looking after my cat. He was in for 3 days. I had regular updates by both the night staff and day staff. Would highly recommend.
