This store has beautiful furniture but their detail and follow through are not what we expected. There was originally an addition error on our paperwork which I brought to their attention as well as crossed through and increased pricing. We ordered on Dec 29th and have yet to hear from anyone as to our purchase being delivered. New Years probably affected their schedule but not to have heard in over a week doesn’t seem like a good way to treat customers. Thankfully we don’t need any more furniture.

We went in early in the morning and John Ambrose treated us like adults, asked what we were looking to replace and showed us the Bradington Young line of furniture we were looking to find out more about. He let us ask questions and let us discuss without hovering. It was like we were the only ones in the store. We can honestly saw it was one of the best shopping experiences we've ever had.

A BIG THANK YOU! to Maryann Smith and John Ambrose for their excellent service and honest salesmanship! I ventured into the store to look for a new couch. Both Maryann and John worked very hard to find something that would work ...small size..maybe leather..wasn't sure. They were so patient and helpful but no pressure...very refreshing. Maryann suggested she come by and see my home to best advise me. Another option was to have my current sofa reupholstered. She visited and told me that if I really loved what I had, I should forgo a new sofa and get my current one redone! Talk about caring about the client without regard to commission or sales...Amazing experience to say the least!!! Danielle Razo greeted us at the door with a smile and genuine interest in what we were looking for. She gave us a little direction and then let us look around without hovering, but was always there to answer questions. She helped us pick every detail of our custom couch, which was our deciding factor in choosing Ennis. We love the customization that Century cornerstone brand allowed for us to really make it a one of a kind piece of furniture. We can’t wait for it to come!! Danielle was patient while we deliberated, took home several samples and made a couple trips to look again before purchasing. After visiting with several furniture stores across the valley and being told what they couldn't do for us I decided to bite the bullet and visit Ennis. From the very beginning John told us everything they could do for us. Nothing was out of reach. My budget went up, way up, and I ordered exactly what I needed. We're old now and want what we want. This sectional will most likely be one of our last big furniture purchases and we were so impressed with John. It was finally refreshing working with someone so knowledgeable.
