Gorgeous venue! I have attended multiple events here and it's fabulous every time. The space has multiple rooms over two floors so it's super versatile and can accommodate all types of events. I also love the Third Thursday art walks every month. It's free to attend and there is a cool bar to sit at as well as a patio with city views a fire pit. There aren't many places like this in Orlando - its got a cool, artsy vibe but its still sophisticated without being stuffy.
I recently hosted an event at Eola View, and unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. This was one of our biggest fundraising events of the year, and we had trusted this venue to support something incredibly meaningful to us: raising funds for our free wellness events including an upcoming retreat for grieving mothers. From the start, we were met with issues that significantly impacted the success of our event. First, the air conditioning was broken, and no one from the venue notified us in advance -not the day before, not the morning of, not even when we arrived. When asked, we were told, “We turned it down as far as we can,” and that was the extent of their effort. No maintenance staff was ever brought in. Instead, they placed a large industrial fan in the room, which made it difficult to hear our guest speakers and only added noise to the already uncomfortable environment. The heat was unbearable, and several attendees left early due to discomfort. We had to issue multiple refunds, which completely derailed our fundraising goals. To make matters worse, guests struggled to get inside the venue due to keycard access issues. While we wanted to station someone at the entrance to help, the room by the elevator where we would've placed them was so hot it felt like an oven - we couldn't, in good conscience, ask anyone to sit there for hours in those conditions. As a result, I had to leave the event multiple times just to escort attendees in, which threw off our schedule and added an incredible amount of stress. Several attendees also gave up trying to get in and left. Not to mention, when we told the staff that we were going to go over time due to delays with getting started, we were told that it is around $250-500 for an additional hour. It was only when I brought up the issues we experienced that they said they'd "call it even." Despite the challenges, we tried to make the most of the day, but we were never offered a resolution, refund, or even a formal apology. It’s now been several days, and we’ve received no response from the venue. I really hated to write this, because the space itself is beautiful but behind the scenes, the experience was deeply unprofessional. Most disappointing of all, our brand partners and sponsors trusted us to provide a high-quality experience. This didn’t just affect our reputation, it potentially harmed theirs as well, which could impact future support. If you’re considering Eola View for your wedding or special event, I strongly recommend you reconsider until they’ve addressed and resolved these issues. A stunning backdrop means very little if your guests are uncomfortable and your event is compromised.
I was planning my birthday party 🥳 at last minute, my son found this beautiful place and they absolutely stunning and beautiful. They delivered my dream party in couple days with very professional hospitality and care. Decorated table and wonderful service and staff, everyone was so happy and had a wonderful time . The food was amazing delicious and great drinks 🍹 I’m very happy for everting was perfect 🤩 the event staff Gaby Chacon was amazing she did amazing work with everyone else. Thank you all so very much ❤️🥳🎉
What a beautiful night at Eola View with music, art and wine! We had such a good time at its elegant spaces and terrace with the view of downtown at night.
