First time coming to this nail salon and I loved it! Mike did my nails, he took his time and made sure they were perfect. Best acrylics I’ve ever got. Definitely coming back!
Customer service was top notch. Mike was very meticulous with doing my nails. His attention to detail was unmatched. He took his time with my nail design and was a true artist. And also he wasn’t rough with my hands. I have been to other places that have hurt my cuticles so bad it caused me to stop getting my nails done for a year and a half. I saw an ad on FB for Era and I so glad I gave them a chance. Rosy did a great job on my fiancé’s pedicure. Her massage was awesome and she was patient with him. He usually doesn’t like getting his feet touched. She wasn’t annoyed just pleasant. I appreciate that so much. We will be back.
Always have such a great time here at Era Nail Bar! My nails come out great every time! Thi did my cute valentines nails pictured below. Highly recommend coming here and asking for Thi.
If I could give zero stars I would, highly upset with the service, nail tech was super rude, even cut me and left air bubbles in my nail. I called to get pricing for nails was quoted $55 for a short French tip. Then when I get there it was $70 I even asked the nail tech I could just do whatever yalls $10 French would be and she said we charge $15 for French. So ended up getting one color, felt like I had to settle cause I already drove all the way there. Don’t recommend at all even when the lady at check out asked me how everything was I said I got cut and I wasn’t even offered a discount for the nail tech making me bleed. Don’t even know why they also ask for how long do you want the nails when all they do is end up filing the length down. UPDATE: to the response left under my post, I made the receptionist VERY AWARE that I was cut and bleeding , I brought it up at the time of check out and she completely disregarded what happened to me. Nothing was offered not even a discount. Very unprofessional and high disappointed. Please don’t fall for their excuses when ppl post bad reviews and they respond acting like they care. They truly don’t it’s just a tactic they use for their business to act like something is being done about it, because if they did truly care I would have definitely been compensated right then and there even for the nail tech cutting me instead all I did was get an attitude from her the entire time doing my nails. Please take your business elsewhere. This is a horrible salon.
It was my first time here, everyone was really nice! My nails came out decent. You can see in the pics there’s some uneven parts in the nail polish and some that are a little messed up. She did cut me in a few spots on my cuticles and on a couple of nails it looks like some lint or dust got on them and it was polished on but you can only see it up close. I’d still come back, for my first time here they still did pretty good!
