If you’re looking for the best rodizio experience in Leeds, Estabulo in The Light is the place to be! The atmosphere is vibrant, the salad bar is incredibly fresh, and the meat is cooked to absolute perfection. ​A massive shoutout to Edi, who made our visit truly special. Edi provided world-class service—super attentive, friendly, and made sure we always had our favorite cuts of meat arriving at the table. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely welcoming; they are a total credit to the team! ​We left feeling very full and very happy. We will definitely be back soon!

Wonderful place!! Every meat was absolutely delicious. The staff is super attentive and caring. My friend just moved to Leeds and she will definitely visit this place often! I rate this Brazilian restaurant 11/10. PS: order Guarana not soda 😉

We had an awful experience at Estabulo Leeds (The Light) and won’t be returning. The meat rotation was completely unbalanced and clearly focused on cheaper cuts. Sausage, lamb and rump were brought to our table multiple times, along with pineapple, while picanha only appeared once and sirloin once — which we missed. Despite remaining on green and clearly waiting, those key cuts were never re-offered. When sirloin eventually returned later, it was well done. I specifically requested medium, but it came well done again. I then asked for fillet, which arrived unseasoned, grey in colour and with a strange, unpleasant texture. A second fillet followed shortly after, again well done and still not what was requested. Pork belly appeared once only. The turkey was unbelievably dry — genuinely inedible and tasted like reheated leftovers rather than something freshly cooked. Fries that we specifically requested never arrived. We were skipped multiple times while other tables were being served, and we were never given a menu, which made it harder to know what should have been available or to request alternatives. To make matters worse, a manager was hovering nearby throughout the meal but never once checked in, asked how the food was, or gave us any opportunity to raise concerns. On the way out, there was no thanks or acknowledgement either. This wasn’t one bad cut — it was a consistent pattern of poor-quality food, ignored requests and inattentive service. For the price, the experience was nowhere near acceptable. We won’t be returning and will be sticking to Fazenda in future, where the quality and service are far more consistent.

With the second opening of their restaurants in Leeds, obviously it’s worth the visit. A beautiful dining room creates a lovely setting for a business or romantic meal, a quick bite to eat, or to absolutely fill your boots. With an impressive variety of meats , you won’t leave hungry. The hot and cold salad bar offers something for everybody. From garlic mushrooms to roast potatoes, fresh patê to asparagus tips. The staff were friendly which also is a big factor in a dining experience. Come hungry + leave very happy!

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. Estabulo is more than just a meal; it's an event. The concept is brilliant: you help yourself to an incredible fresh salad and hot buffet (the roasted pineapple is a must-try!), and then the real show begins. The passadors (gaucho chefs) continuously come to your table with a stunning variety of succulent, fire-grilled meats. From perfectly seasoned picanha and flavourful lamb leg to juicy chicken and surprisingly delicious black pudding, every single cut was cooked to perfection. The rump steak was a particular highlight – melt-in-the-mouth good. The staff were incredibly attentive, the atmosphere was vibrant but not overwhelming, and the value for money is outstanding. We left utterly stuffed and already planning our next visit. An essential Leeds dining experience!
