This location is absolutely terrible. The waxers are incredibly, however management and receptionist stuff are absolutely unprofessional and incompetent. A few months ago I bought a underarm wax pass, then I found out that I was charged twice, I called to have the second charge removed, the receptionist said she was going to communicate that with her manager, few weeks went by and still no reversal on the extra charges, on my next appointment I mentioned it again, and once again I was told that they were going to pass it along to the manager. Never got a call not a refund. So I let ot go, I figure I will used them eventually. I always call in advance to reschedule or to make my appointments, today I called to book a reservation, was giving one at 5:15pm I told the receptionist that I was cutting close, she mentioned they had a 9 minute late window. I rushed trough traffic for 45 minutes to make sure I made, and I soon as I walk in the door was 5:24pm Exactly 9 minutes late, so I said, I made it. 9 minutes exactly, it's 5:24, I was happy because I had made it. But the receptionist replied with a smirk smile and said (it just turn 5:25 you are gonna have to rescheduled). That was so unprofessional. Not evem I see you barely made it. I was so upset, and I couldn't believe, she knew I walked in at 5:24 and refused to helped me. This is not the first time its happened, however I never wanted to make a big deal, but after so many incidents and never gotten an answer of why I was charged twice for my services I just had enough. I will call later to ask for full refund of my second change, and as soon as my other passes are done I am done with this location.
It was my first time back at this wax center in over a year. Krista made my experience super comfortable, she’s very personable and knows what’s she’s doing. It was as painless as possible for a Brazilian. I was very satisfied and will be returning as a regular to see her.
Alyssa C. was amazing! She was thorough, gentle, and made the entire Brazilian wax as quick and comfortable as possible. She paid attention to detail and got every last strand. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a clean, professional experience.

I have been a wax pass member for 6 years now and have been searching for a wax specialist that understands my hair cycle and is comfortable to be around. Anjolina goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. My ingrown hairs have become less frequent and my all around skin health and hair has improved. I have noticed a dramatic difference in my wax area and realize its all in the wax specialist. I am grateful to have found Anjolina she is the best!!!
