Awful experience, the red head on the desk was rude as hell, pushing their terrible products, had horrible mean girl energy, but I had a Brazilian wax and when I got home there were so many noticeable hairs left. The location feels cheap and sterile. I would recommend spending a bit extra and going somewhere nice. Will not be back. Editing this To add they kept a card on file without my Permission and charged it out of the blue and refused to refund me. This place is shady 100% avoid at all costs
I can’t recommend Arianna enough. From the moment you walk in, the studio is immaculate and relaxing. She’s professional but friendly, explains what she’s doing, and her technique is fast and gentle. I barely felt it compared to others. She tailors everything to my skin type (I haven’t had irritation or ingrowns since seeing her). Booking is straightforward, prices are fair, and I happily drive any distance to see her. Five stars, no notes!
Arianna was amazing. She was quick and efficient! The staff was awesome as well. First time visiting this company and will definitely be back!
