We contracted Eventures for a conference of over 500 people in OKC. We ordered a lot of rentals that were delivered on time with staff that was very helpful during setup and breakdown. The team at Eventures is truly wonderful. We worked with Eventures to design, plan and coordinate our fall wedding. After a morning church wedding, we had an evening home reception that was certainly not short on logistics. Mary Ellen and her entire team executed the event flawlessly. From tents to staff, rentals and band management, we were in wonderful hands from start to finish. (We even had a bit of a cold snap the morning of the wedding, and heaters to keep all our guests comfortable magically appeared...I was later told there were literally none available in the entire state, so clearly Eventures was prepared and working their magic behind the scenes!) Throughout our engagement, the Eventures team was open to our creative ideas, guiding us through any questions that came up and patiently listening to our concerns. Positive Tomorrows, Oklahoma’s only elementary school and social services agency specifically serving homeless children, has been working with Eventures for more than 4 years now!
