We went with some friends, wanted to play some pool, but pool tables were taken, so we were going to wait, and asked the guy if they have coffee by chance, he was very nice by the way. Said they didn't have coffee but he said he'd find the way to get some, 15 minutes later he came to our table were were waiting and brought us 6 cups of coffee that he brewed just for us as they normally don't have coffee 🥹🥹 Because of him and his service, we are coming back to this place 👌👌
We came here to celebrate a birthday because we like the bowling and food. However, we did not have the best experience on this night. When we began bowling, our server checked on us in the beginning and never asked if we needed anything again. We had a few people in our party that did want to order food once we started to bowl. After we were done bowling, we moved to a big table so we could cut the birthday cake we brought, also thinking we would be served there. We sat for a while without anyone acknowledging us. We even had one person in our party go up to a worker and tell them that we needed service. We saw this person walk by several times without saying a word to us. Everyone else around us had food and was being served, but no one ever took our order or said they would be with us soon. It’s unfortunate because we always have a good time here, but this was not acceptable and put a bad taste in our mouths, especially since it seemed as if everyone was being served around us except for our table. In the end we left because we were hungry and even as we were packing our birthday cake back up (which we didn’t get to cut because we wanted to eat dinner first), the person who we asked for help saw us and STILL didn’t say anything to us. I’m usually not one to complain, but this was just very disappointing, especially since we came to celebrate a birthday.
The CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS DISTASTEFUL. AS I BOOKED LANES TO ACCOMMODATE 15 PEOPLE THE PEOPLE WORKING THE FEONT NEVER ONCE SMILED OR GREETED WITH NICE ENERGY. THEY SEEMED ANNOYED AND BOTHERED.. THE MANAGER IN PARTICULAR.. AS I ASKED QUESTIONS TO MAKE THE SHOE TRANFER EASIER THE FRONT DESK WAS SO CONFUSED (I thought shoes came with the $250 I pre paid for). Once I realized it didn't.. there was not an issue for me to pay for the shoes.. BUT I FELT LIKE AS A BUSINESS ONCE YOU REALIZE THE NEEDS WERE NOT MET AND WE'RE NOT ON THE SAME PAGE, THEY DIDN'T OFFER A PACKAGE DEAL OR ANYTHING.... I COULD HAVE BEEN OFFERD LANES SHOES AND FOOD FOR A CERTAIN PRICE AND THEY DID NOT CAREEEEEEEEEEEEE TO SOLVE ANY CONFUSION...... I CHOSE THAT PLACE BC IT'S A CENTRAL LOCATION BUT IF I COULD HAVE CANCLED MY LANES I WOULD HAVE...... I WILL SAY THE BARTENDER WAS A JOY AND HAD A GREAT SMILE WITH WELCOMING ENERGY... IF I COULD GIVE ANY ADVICE..... HELP THE CUSTOMERS MEET THEIR NEEDS INSTEAD OF NOT GIVING A CARE AND WALKING OFF WS THOUGH YOU'RE ANNOYED
A cute game area upstairs. A few bowling lanes. The sit down bar area wasn't the best for service. Seat yourself. We waited for a while for a server. Nobody ever came to the table so I went to the bar and still had to wait for a decent amount of time to be acknowledged. Food was good though. Would definitely go back.
Title: Disappointed and Hurt by Lack of Accessibility and Consideration As a 100% disabled guest, I was left waiting hungry and in tears at the restaurant—all because there was only one accessible table. I visited this restaurant after walking for 30 minutes with my walker to find it, excited to finally sit down and enjoy a meal. When I arrived, I was immediately faced with stairs and had to ask if there was a handicap ramp. The staff pointed me in the direction, so I went to grab a drink—only to find out there was just one low table for people who cannot sit at high bar stools. Due to my neuropathy, sitting on high stools would cause my legs to go numb, so I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor. I asked where handicap and disabled guests were supposed to sit, given that there was only one accessible table. The supervisor apologized and said I could sit at the low table once the current guests left. I waited for 30 minutes, growing hungrier and more discouraged, and eventually left in tears without eating. I am 100% disabled, and my money is spent just like anyone else’s. The establishment should stand on hospitality, respect, and making people feel welcome—values I believe he truly stands for. What happened to me goes against those values, and I believe anyone would be ashamed to know disabled guests are being treated this way in a restaurant. I have video documentation of my visit, and I hope management takes immediate action to improve accessibility and training so no other guest with a disability has to go through this experience.
