Much better than my old optometrist. It was a little hard to get there because of the location but the assistant was very welcoming and so was the doctor. Didn't make me feel like I was dumb or try to overcharge me. They were very transparent with what I would be paying out of pocket after my insurance

This team is amazing! They are not only professional, they are kind and treat their patients like people and not just another number. I am always pleased at each visit.

I had an emergency today.. My son's glasses had a lense fall out while it was being stored for him at the Sutter Hospital!! He is practically blind without his glasses.. I googled glasses repair in the immediate area and Eyecenter Optometric showed to be .2 of a mile! I walked over there with the glasses.. The receptionist was so friendly and she repaired his glasses in no time! And she refused any form of a payment!! WOW!! BEST SERVICE EVER!! Oh, she gave me a small bottle of lens cleaning solution and an eye glass cloth!!

Very unprofessional. The doctor is very under qualified. They made my eyesight so bad, and when I explained what had happened, the eye doctor didn’t change anything about the eye prescription. She’s obviously not smart enough to do her job. I went to Costco to have my eyesight checked and they said that the prescription by this eye doctor was totally wrong. I should have filled a complaint with the appropriate board for eye doctors. I recommend that veterans avoid this doctor because she’s significantly worse than Mather VA Eye Clinic.

I really thought it was great that the Doctor explained about eyes and used the image of my eyes as reference. When I tried on the "glasses" he was writing a Rx for I couldn't believe how clear everything was. Both the Doctor and the staff had good energy, the facility was very clean and their little eye glass card holder was awesome. I can't wait to get my new glasses and read and see things clearly. It was definitely a two thumbs up experience.
