We needed a plumber to check our gas hot water heater after a carbon monoxide scare, recently. Steve Allen was our technician. He did not find any issue with our gas hot water heater that could have been the cause for our carbon monoxide detectors alerting us; however, he did notice an old copper pipe that needed to be replaced. He made a separate trip to do that replacement and all seems to be working well. We appreciate him noticing that pipe and his professionalism in doing the repair.
