Pretty useless customer service representatives here. The major reason this business runs is because of VFS application center nearby. Avoid this place as the people working here doesn't know anything. If you have everything figured out, only then you might get your work done here.
FORCED TO PAY $12.50 FOR A PRINT OF BUSSINESS CARD SIZE PHOTO. I went there for a print today to just print one single business card copy. The file I had turned out too big so I need it in business card size. The counter lady told me they can do it there without mentioning there's an upcharge for $8. She then forcibly charged me $12.50 saying she told me before helping, which she didn't, for a single print business card size photo with a $2.50 FS Surcharge on top of the file enhancement charge. The cost of print is literally $0.92. An entire 13 times knock up is absolutely insane for a 5 minute service. $12 is nothing but the feeling of getting absolutely SCAMMED is just infuriating. Please do yourself a favor and clarify the cost of every single service they offer you.
Beware of shipping anything important at this location. On 12/1/25 at 4:30pm, I brought a package with a prepaid label here to return a smartphone. Used the self-serve kiosk to scan the package in, got a receipt, and put the package into the drop-off box. Today I got a notice from the company that my return was denied because my box was empty; I could tell from the video they sent me that my box was cut open from the side panel corners. When I checked the tracking info, the recorded shipping weight was too light (0.4lb instead of ~1lb) - the smartphone was taken out of the box before being scanned in... this gives me reason to believe that it was taken by an employee since it somehow happened between the drop box at 4:30pm and picked up for shipping at 6:00pm. They probably recognize the return address or box, even without the company name on it. Beware.
I went here today to get my pre-paid label print out for next day shipping/delivery. There were four employees and only one gentlemen was help one customer, so I stand in his line because the other three ladies were ignored me. That man was helping me sent my label to this Fedex store to print out. Then there were customers coming in, so he asked the two ladies that work there to keep an eye out for my label. Ten minutes, they didn't do anything, I then asked Roni to help me but she said check my email for the code before she can help me. I did received an email but there was NO code. I told her but she said I have to wait another ten minutes. She was super rude and thinks that she is doing me a favor instead I am their customer! Where does FedEx get their employees with this kind of attitude! Next time, I would try very hard to stay away from this FedEx location! Go to UPS people, they value their customer!
⸻ I visited this location at 10:00 AM with a simple request — to print one legal-size document. There were only two customers ahead of me, and the store was mostly empty. Despite this, the store manager, David, told me they were “too busy” and that I’d have to come back in several hours. This location has always offered a $17 rush fee for expedited service, so I questioned why that option wasn’t available — especially for just a single page. Instead of offering an explanation or solution, David dismissed my concerns entirely. When I expressed my confusion and frustration, he immediately accused me of “raising my voice” and used that as a reason to deny service altogether. I asked him why, and he simply said, “We’re not serving you,” without further explanation. He also identified himself as the manager and said he had already called the police — for what, I honestly don’t understand. Ironically, just a few minutes later, I stepped outside to make a phone call, and when I returned, another female employee had just started her shift. She greeted me warmly and helped me right away. I asked to print 20 copies this time. Although she wasn’t very familiar with the system, she was helpful and respectful — and I received all my prints in about 10–15 minutes. The contrast in attitude and professionalism was striking. If a new employee can provide timely, respectful service, there’s no excuse for a manager to act dismissively and refuse service to a customer making a reasonable request. This experience was deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on the management of this location. David, if you happen to read this, please don’t assume that your colleague helped me simply because she wasn’t aware of our earlier interaction. Don’t let her kindness and professionalism be diminished by your ego. Instead, take a moment to reflect on how you became a store manager in the first place — who you were when you started, and what values brought you here. Ask yourself what changed, and whether the way you handled this situation reflects the kind of leader you intended to be. Everyone has their own struggles in life. The goal should be to help others solve problems — not to make their day harder. That kind of approach doesn’t serve you either.
