Bought our floors here and had the team install them in the existing house. The team was respectful, diligent, AND on time! Also extra points for trying super hard to actually pick the boards we loved in high traffic areas and make some cool transitions/joints (see photo!) Couldn’t recommend them enough. George - thank you!

We were referred to Floor Depot by a friend who said it was the best decision she made for her home -- and now we completely agree. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. At the showroom, Cole helped us find the perfect combination of flooring and carpet for our new home. His communication was clear, professional, and reassuring throughout the process, which gave us the confidence to move forward. The owner George personally came out to do the estimate and went above and beyond, even identifying a mold issue that both our agents and inspectors had missed. His honesty and attention to detail truly set Floor Depot apart. He made sure we didn't overpay and communicated every step of the way. The installation team's craftsmanship was excellent, and they finished earlier than expected. The value for the quality of work was incredible. The new LVP and carpet completely transformed our home and erased any hesitation we had about our purchase. We couldn't be happier with the results. We recently hired George and his team to remodel our kitchen and laundry room floors, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial estimate to the final walk-through, it was a truly positive experience. They kept us informed throughout the process, were happy to answer all of our questions, and completed the project on schedule. The team did an exceptional job. Special thanks to Manuel and his coworker for their incredibly diligent and hard work; they were meticulous about cleaning up at the end of each day. We highly recommend George/Floor Depot to anyone looking for quality work and a stress-free experience.

We spent a lot of time looking for and researching the right store and contractor to install the flooring in our home. We quickly realized that the big box stores were never going to be able to provide the quality and lack the skills to provide the type of flooring we wanted. We also have a multi level house and required custom work especially on the stairs as we wanted to change out the aged looked as part of the install. That’s when we found Floor Depot and their owner George. The store had a wide selection of flooring at a reasonable price (and installation) and the staff there were helpful without any pressure involved in the sales process. We were interested in wood flooring and carpet and they sell and install both. The floor installers and George are very knowledgeable in the work they do, (for example making sure the sub floor is level before installing the wood planks), they are also very careful and really take their time to make sure the quality level is very high in what they are doing. The whole installation process took around 4 weeks once they started, overall we had a great experience. George is very approachable and always willing to help answer any questions we had during the install process. If there’s any criticism it would be that they could be a little more efficient with their time and work faster, but as mentioned above, they take their time to make sure the quality of their work remains high. I would definitely recommend floor store if u are looking to have new flooring installed.

Floor Depot was outstanding from my first visit a year ago when I was in the planning stage to this year when I had all my carpets removed with ultra vinyl installed in the family room and the hard wood floors under the carpet in the rest of the house refinished. From the salesmen in the show room to the owner of Remodel Masters who oversaw the project to the Foreman and helper who masterfully laid the floors and beautifully brought our hardwood floors back to new. We had added to our home so Antonio and Carlos had to add wood and make it blend in to the original wood pattern. All of the people we dealt with in this business were respectful, helpful, hardworking, talented and just all-around nice people. I truly didn't mind having them in my home. Thank you for your dedication to completing a job as if it were your home.
