Great experience! Collision repairs were covered by insurance, and the staff was knowledgeable and approachable to my questions about the whole repair process. They had estimated the repairs to take 10 days, and it ended up being 13 days, but they called in advance to let me know ahead of time. My car looks better than ever with the repairs and repaint, and drives perfectly. Did not expect them to vacuum the inside too, but definitely appreciate that. At the end I received a detail packet what was repaired and done to the car. I didn’t get her name at the front desk, but she and Daniel were wonderful throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend. Thank you :)

From start to finish, Fix Auto made my experience easy and friendly. My car looks great! Fix worked with the insurance company to expedite the repairs so that I could have my car back before leaving town. Thank you, Fix Auto! I would recommend your services to everyone!

Finished work was nice but unless you have free rental coverage, avoid them at all costs. 1.5 weeks turned into 3 and the lack of accountability was outrageous. The manager is not on sight, has no available schedule, does not reach out upon request. Would never go back regardless of good results. Say they need one part to finish come to find out no work done. On pick up day after being pushed back four separate times, they didn’t even tell me my car wasn’t ready at predetermined time. Got there and car still on jacks not complete. Had to sit around for nearly an hour there rather than receiving a phone call and letting me know to come in a little later. No accountability, and after the whole nightmare, they had the nerve to charge me 2.5% to pay with debit. No heads up was given, in the hour they made me sit around. Getting cash is no problem if they would have just told me. Or wave it as an apology for the run around.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I initially took my truck to Fix Auto after an accident in San Diego. From the start, the quality of work was extremely poor. When I picked up my truck, I noticed several issues: • The AC wasn’t working • The headlights were not aligned properly • The bumper started coming off the very next day Unfortunately, I had to leave for a work training in Arizona, so I couldn’t bring it back immediately. I called Juan from Fix Auto, who gave me permission to take it to a local shop in AZ to fix the issues and said he would cover the cost. I took it to Larry H. Miller Toyota (a certified shop), where they disassembled the front and told me, bluntly, that the repair job from Fix Auto was terrible. They sent Juan a quote for the repairs, but he refused to approve it. That left me no choice but to travel back to San Diego — costing me both time and money — and pay Larry H. Miller $325 just to reassemble the truck the way Fix Auto had left it. When I got the truck back from Fix Auto again, the problems continued. Upon starting the truck, I received a “Pre-Collision System Malfunction” alert. Juan initially said there was nothing he could do and almost sent me home (which is 1 hour and 45 minutes away). After some time, he managed to clear the alert. But just a few hours later, the bumper started coming off again. I’ve documented everything, including photos sent to my insurance adjuster. To top it all off, I was promised a gas gift card from Juan for the inconvenience — which I still haven’t received. Bottom line: This shop is unprofessional, unethical, and has terrible communication. I regret trusting them with my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Great team at Fix Auto North Park. Friendly people to work with and kept good communication with me the whole time. Car was finished 2 days earlier than expected. Recommend giving them a call!
