I went through Triple A. I was updated regularly by both companies with excellent customer service! Antonio came as quickly as possible, was so friendly, efficient, professional, and worked hard to unlock my steering wheel. My Triple A paid $150 with me paying the additional $35. Thank you! Great service and very reasonable prices, just a positive experience overall with Key Crew. I lost my car’s only key fob and needed a new one asap. The office staff was friendly and had a technician at my home within an hour or so. AJ was super friendly and professional, he had me set up with a new key fob within 20 to 30 minutes. I highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again in the future!

I had a very frustrating day yesterday as I got locked out of my car in front of the laundromat… I called the key crew in Hillcrest and I have used them many times I’m kind of a dork I get locked out. I had to have new keys made ONCE BEFORE They are the most honest company in the world I’m 73 years old or 72 years old, don’t wanna rush it and they’re just amazing. They will come no matter where I’m at in San Diego and not really charge extra for that !!amazing people you can count on them they’re responsible and quick to service and so personable.
