The manager Brendan was really helpful in explaining the membership and costs- he saved me $10 and got me everything I needed! This place is always open too, so in winter you can almost always get the salt off your car!! Thanks again guys!
I initially had a 5 star review on this business because I’ve been coming here since early 2024 when I moved to Milwaukee Wisconsin to serve as an active duty military service member last year in March. It was one of the first businesses I visited. My service was always great. But I usually get my car washed and detailed during work hours on my lunch break, meaning I’m in uniform. Now looking back, today I’m off work and I’m in some comfortable civilian attire and the service was completely different. I look like a young Black adolescent (hood girl) with the locs and all but in uniform when I visit this location, I am usually treated with respect. Unfortunately we live in a society where people treat you how they see you. Although I’m a 35-year-old woman, I look younger so therefore I am always treated as if I’m younger and it literally gets under my skin cause it shouldn’t matter. The tall white guy with glasses was very rude this morning when I went to get my detail. Some kind of way, without me even touching the screen, because I am a member at the company, I was automatically let in without having to pay for my detail. So before I even pulled up for the free wash, I let an employee know that I’ll need to pay for my express detail immediately as a courtesy. I get to the booth before the car wash and the older tall white male with glasses rudely stated I didn’t say anything until now, whole time the Black male employee told him in advance and stated that I was the customer he was speaking of. He had the nerve to state “it wasn’t a big deal” instead of apologizing for being loud and wrong. I told him “well you made it a big deal, not me.” How ignorant! Then I get the express detail and I initially thought I would get a shampoo as well but it didn’t come with the express detail of over $150 🙄. But then I am fully aware that the express detail comes with the console cleaning and they barely did anything to my cup holders. I’m a clean person who keeps a clean home and for the most part a clean car as clean as I can with a 2-year-old toddler. So I can spot when something is skipped over instantly. I hate having to tell someone they missed a spot every time I come. It’s literally been every time I come I have to mention a spot being missed but it was never a negative encounter. I also usually tip whoever did the job $10 but when my car wash done and I walked over to retrieve it, nobody was there to even make sure I liked my services so I just drove off annoyed with my entire morning. I’m grieving the loss of both parents during the holidays as late as 2023 and 2024, and despite all I was in good spirits today because I’m on leave from active duty orders and I felt good. They ruined my entire morning with their ignorance. I can tell there’s been an employee shift since I first started coming here. Please retrain and make sure regardless of how the customer looks, to stop stereotyping and treat everyone with great service. If they’re having a bad day, dont come in. I fight for this country for the past 11 years. I don’t have that option While others do. Take advantage of it and retrain on customer service.
Is is november 30 202 five at six thirteen p m.And I am at flex car wash in la tossa, and there's a young man here named cayden, i have to give a big shout out to this young man.He was way above and beyond making sure that my car was clean.I should say my pickup truck. He let me go through two times but the first time I went through, he took the pressure washer, and he pressure washed pretty much the whole truck to get all the snow off of there.I cannot thank this guy enough.This is by far been the best experience that i've ever had going through.A car wash, this is a one
I upgraded from the enconomy package which I've had for over a year to the $179.99 Holiday Special for my 2024 RAV4. I wasn't clear of the benefits, however Brendan and Santiago at the Wauwatosa location were incredible in their patience and great customer service to assist me! Hats off to them for their 5 star service! Thank you.
Do not take your car here to get detailed. I took my car in for a level 3 detail with a shampoo added. I was told that is their highest level of clean. I had a passenger puke in the car. Estimated 3 hours of service so I left the car there. They called me an hour and 20 minuets later saying it was done. When I came to look at it I thought they were joking with me. Here is a list of what they missed/didn’t do. -Dust in seat crevasse -No door jams wiped -Puke on ceiling/A-pillar -Over spray of cleaner on everything that wasn’t a horizontal surface -inside windshield was full of streaks and hard to look through, didn’t appear to be cleaned -center council was not vacuumed out -Shifter council was not cleaned -puke was still in the breather holes of my seats and on the headrests -guy took a rag and whipped the puke off the ceiling and then continued to wipe the rest of the seats with the same rag while I was there. -smelled like puke still -passenger foot space was not whipped clean -side mirror glass was not cleaned I asked if that is the best clean they could do and they said yes, so I left and finished it myself. It is a 2024 car so it was pretty nice to begin with. I talked with the GM and he said they do not offer refunds only gift cards. So there is no way to get your money back once you pay. I guess I just get a voucher to have another horrible service again? I’m not going to have them clean it again after they just told me that is the best clean they can do. What a shame for a place that seemed decent. Would not recommend them to anyone for a service beyond what the machines can do. I’ve had my membership for years, it’s going to be canceled.
