Went on December 23 at around 3:28 pm car #836 My vehicle went through the car wash and no water, soap, or wiping was applied to my car. I suspect some error occurred and my car wasn’t actually cleaned or registered. It just went through the car wash without anything being activated. I tried contacting the manager but they were unavailable. No one at the car wash seemed to notice.

I am so sick and tired every time I come to the walnut location there is a young black Man always in the office sleep with a hood on sleep and I always have to honk my horn and wake him up how many times do I have to keep dealing with this I talked to the manager a chunky guy and he called the other manager and I talked to him and it’s still the same thing I will not come back to this location

Terrible was in a 4 car pile up inside the wash because the driver in front decision to stop at the dryer stage got hurt exiting the vehicle to inspect my damaged done to my car because the line wasn't stopped they didn't even turn off the car wash til I was out of my car will be retaining a lawyer for sure 25aug25 impossible to cancel membership dont recommend it

If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid for the $15 one-time wash and expected at least a basic clean. After going through the wash, I pulled into the vacuum area to dry and vacuum my car. That’s when I noticed the windshield was still dirty, the grill hadn’t been cleaned, and areas around the door handles were not clean. I approached the attendant to ask what went wrong and what could be done. Without hesitation, he directed me to another location, saying they would take care of it there. When I arrived at the second location, the manager refused to help and claimed they don’t offer any such service. This felt like a complete scam and a misleading experience for customers.

The place is okay at best imo. I pay $3 for a wash in Chicago and my car comes out pretty much spotless. I pay $5 here plus a $2 upgrade for a shining coat (or w/e the thing is, wax on the car so it’s shiny.?) and my car comes out barely washed. There was a bunch of soap by the trunk and I had to hand scrub several areas on my car. There were also some markings on my car that wasn’t there before the wash. Most likely never coming here again. Just a note, there’s not a lotta room for several cars so around 8-10 ( might be less) cars can clean the interiors at the same time
