Float therapy has become an essential part of my regular self-care and wellness routine, and I genuinely can’t imagine life without it now. I initially tried a deprivation tank looking for relief from chronic neck and back pain—and what started as an experiment has turned into a routine that supports both my body and mind in powerful ways. Each float session brings a deep sense of physical relief. The weightlessness and high concentration of Epsom salt allow my muscles and joints to fully relax, which has significantly reduced the tension and pain I used to deal with daily. It’s one of the few things that provides such consistent, natural pain relief without relying on medication or invasive treatments. Beyond the physical benefits, the mental clarity and calm I experience during and after each float are incredible. It’s become my go-to form of meditation—no distractions, no screens, just stillness. I always leave feeling refreshed, centered, and more present. It’s like hitting a reset button for both my mind and body. The facility itself is always spotless, and that really helps me relax and focus on the experience. The float rooms are immaculately clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to feel peaceful and private. And I can’t say enough good things about the staff—they’re consistently kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about the benefits of float therapy. They always make me feel welcome and cared for, and their attention to detail really enhances the overall experience. If you’re considering float therapy, I highly encourage you to give it a try—and stick with it. For me, it’s no longer just an occasional treat; it’s a foundational part of how I take care of myself.
