Visited Flying Squirrel Ottawa recently with family. The place has a good variety of activities—trampolines, foam pit, ropes course, and climbing areas—which kept the kids entertained for a couple of hours. Staff were friendly and gave the usual safety reminders. On the downside, the carpet around the trampoline areas had quite a few visible stains and looked dirty in spots, like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned recently. The foam pit was fun, but the foam cubes shed a lot of small particles/edges that stuck all over our grip socks. Even after shaking, brushing, and using tape at home, a good amount remained embedded—socks were basically ruined and hard to get fully clean. Overall, it’s a decent spot for active fun if you don’t mind some maintenance issues, but cleanliness could use improvement in those areas. Might try another park next time for comparison.

First time visiting Flying Squirrel Ottawa, and the experience was amazing! The service went above and beyond—every staff member was exceptional. A special shoutout to **Elijah, Eliyah, and Mirah** for their outstanding energy and customer service. They truly turned the fun all the way up! The children absolutely loved the experience, and it made our visit unforgettable. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Flying squirrel could be one of the funniest experiences for kids in Ottawa. Trampoline always works and I think all kids love it. Also there are climbing wall and arcade and etc. Flying squirrel is also a good place for children birthday parties. I went there for some parties and every time my child has so much fun. All staff are so nice.

We had our daughter’s 5th birthday party here and it went amazing. We booked on a Monday and it wasn’t busy at all which was really nice, our party host Khalid was extremely courteous & helped make things run smoothly. The food provided & extras purchased was tasty, especially the lemonade & mini donuts! This overall is a lot better of an experience than we’ve had at other similar type of play places, for a fair price in my opinion. It had a lot more to offer & was nicely renovated, no issues with cleanliness. The facility is pretty warm, but we also went on a very hot day which probably didn’t help. Definitely will be booking again!

Decent Place, But Needs Work Flying Squirrel is definitely a fun spot for kids of all ages with tons of activities to burn off energy. The layout is engaging, there’s no shortage of things to do, and the overall cleanliness is okay — not spotless, but passable. That said, the experience left a bit to be desired. Staff supervision is hit or miss, and it feels like they hire anyone just to fill positions. Some employees were outright rude, and others seemed more interested in socializing or eating together while long lineups built up. Customer service really needs attention. The place was also uncomfortably humid during our visit — not sure if the A/C was broken, but they had all the doors wide open which made it worse. Not exactly ideal when you’re chasing kids around. They do have a solid sound system, but oddly it wasn’t being used to make the space more energetic or fun — kind of a wasted opportunity. It’s not a terrible place by any means, but there’s a lot of untapped potential. With better management and a stronger focus on customer experience, Flying Squirrel could be great.
