Friendly staff, purchased a used camera from the website. Arrived in excellent condition, well described and a great value. Thank you for the T-Shirt. If you ever visit Rochester, NY I’ll take you to the George Eastman House and show you around! It’s the town where photography was invented! I will definitely but from Focal Point again! A+++

This is probably the best camera store ever. The staff have always been so nice, willing to work and negotiate on their prices as well as already being way cheaper than most and having a really good used gear selection. They helped me get a lens for my 4x5 and a pack of film for it. There’s never been a store with as much professionalism, and kindness I always suggest this place to every photographer I know!

This was a fantastic experience! The staff was not only friendly, but incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Chris was great to work with. He wasn’t pushy, but was helpful and friendly through the whole process. It’s such a good place to test out cameras and lenses! They have an amazing selection of new and used gear. I will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Focal point is a gem of a camera Store. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help with any question. The selection of cameras and equipment will rival any big city store without all the pretentious attitude. I would recommend this camera store. It’s worth the trip to the quaint Little town of Dallas.

I have nothing but praise for this camera store. They had the exact camera I was looking for after calling dozens of camera stores. Dealing with Wendee over the phone, to close the sale and to get it shipped to me quickly was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
