My last appt there years ago. I was asked to sign a waiver that they will not be held responsible for them using the big handheld massager. There was a more than 6 feet tall guy b4 me. Anyways, the big hand held massager was used on my upper back near neck. Next day, I had very sore neck so i went to see somebody else. I have had handheld massager used on me briefly for certain spot why would you use the big one on a small person in the first place and a waiver?????That's all she did was use the big handheld massager instead of adjusting my back . Never went back.

I had an excellent experience with the team at Focus. From the moment I walked in, the reception was warm, welcoming, and the environment felt friendly and professional. The entire process was very efficient, with flexible timing that made scheduling easy. Parking and access were simple, which added to the convenience. My family and I have had a fantastic experience at Focus Chiropractic! The staff is very friendly, and very educated to help you with you health and wellness needs. Highly recommend giving them a visit! We have both experiences great improvement since we started visiting Focus Chiro!

Amazing team at Focus! I recommend to everyone who has an interest in trying chiropractics to visit Dr. Sarah. The whole team has a kindness that is truly unmatched. Rachael and Rikke are always so warm and welcoming the second I walk through the door, and Dr. Sarah is the first chiropractor to make me feel seen as a patient and that my chiropractic needs are met. My back pain has been a lot more manageable by scheduling regular appointments with Dr. Sarah and I’m very happy with my experience as a client at Focus Chiropractic!
