I've been asked to leave a review for the longest time. And I just wanted to give a honest review not just based off you know the looks of it being fully renovated. I've lived here for a year. There has been inconsistent water issues if it's not the pressure temperature or just none have came home twice to not I have any water. Any other maintenance issues when it comes to the interior of your apartment be prepared to have to constantly remind them about. They give you timeslots and days and when you prefer a maintenance to come and they don't abide by it they just don't show up so then have to call and leave multiple request. When it comes to proper communication about updates to the property, it's never done in a timely manner or they changed the date all the time on you like you don't have somewhere to be like your job. When you have a group of six men, you don't know, knocking and banging on your door, trying to open the door and not knowing what they're here for that's a problem. Makes me feel very unsafe. Now they wanna reinforce parking when they notified the only building with people living in. It has the wrong address on the paperwork. The renovations to the building or the grounds for parking spaces have not yet to be completed so make it make sense.

Kelly with Fowler has been absolutely incredible. At first, it daunting for me at first to lease from a property management company for the first as opposed to a traditional apartment complex. I almost backed out, but the broker Adam was upfront, honest, and personable and that is what sold me. He treated me as if I were buying. Kelly is the same. I feel like a client as apposed to a tenant/lessee. I was a multi property leasing agent and work as an account manager for a Fortune 500 company yet Kelly’s customer care is truly exceptional and some of the best I have ever seen. 10 stars. *wanted to add pictures from before I moved in on moving. Sadly only stayed here a year. I had to move closer to work and new in town family as well as needing larger place. I MISS OED SO MUCH. Kelly and Adam truly represent the spirit of Fowler and why I chose them over Ci Management. I am exited to try to turn some close out of state friends and coworkers their way.

Maryam has been a huge help with my next transition to a new apartment due to some unforeseen circumstances. I appreciate the open communication and ability to listen to my needs for potential new spaces. Then taking those needs she hears and finding the best suitable options.

I moved into a Fowler Managed Property this weekend in Dallas and the move in experience and time leading up was extremely smooth! Kris, Kelly, Abigail, and Maegan have all been very helpful. There were a few minor maintenance issues when we moved in (as expected) and the team responded to me on a Saturday evening and addressed the issue within 24 hours. This kind of customer service is amazing and hard to come by!
