When we decided to move to Dallas we knew we needed a strong Dallas realtor to help us find the right neighborhood and narrow sort through all the listings to find a house that would work for our budget and family needs. Evan set us up with a highly tailored listing search the process and has expertly guided us each step of the way. He’s highly respected everywhere we go, and very well connected. The referrals he provided are invaluable. We are scheduled to close next week and having an experienced real estate agent in Dallas has made the process incredibly smooth!

Evan is great. My wife and I were considering a move to Dallas but hadn't even been there to explore before. Evan took multiple calls with us while we were getting our bearings. He then made himself available for a full weekend when we came to visit the area. We gave him a shortlist of almost a dozen homes we found and he was great about bringing us to everything we wanted to see, and giving us input on different areas. He even called and got us new appointments as we came up with different things to explore on the fly. Ultimately he helped get us under contract for under list price on a new construction! I'll plan to update this again after closing but Evan is a great communicator and very on top of things. We're confident it will go smoothly and we know from past experience that it doesn't always go this well!
