Victoria was the best stylist i’ve ever had here. excellent customer service, excellent cut and styling without relying on me for every little detail, and seems like she takes her responsibilities in the shop seriously to ensure everything is running reliably. All with a friendly and well informed attitude to her colleagues and clients alike
Go ahead and pass on this one. A $6 beer is not worth a $100 haircut. Worst experience I’ve ever had, especially after communicating what I wanted. Beyond that. It’s a pitch fest. The entire time was focused on pitching hair products and additional services, as well as trying to lock in future appointments. You’re not paying for a haircut, you’re paying for the rent. Good luck.
This is my second time coming to Frank’s, I enjoy the atmosphere, love the location and so far I’ve had two great experiences, Yesterday I booked a haircut after work And was paired with Victoria. Victoria was awesome, I didn’t know what to do with my hair and she gave me lots of suggestions and feedback which I really appreciated. She had a cool personality and was so easy to talk to, she also made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be booking with Victoria again and I love my haircut
My father gets his hair cut and beard trim by Levi, and although he doesn’t have much hair left - Levi always treats him with such care and respect. Recently, my father has also had a couple of facials from Levi, and it’s been so special to see how wonderful he feels afterward. At 90 years old, it means so much to have someone treat him with such kindness and attention! He always leaves the salon feeling terrific - and looking terrific too! Thank you, Levi, and everyone at Frank’s Gentlemen's Salon, for your warmth, patience, and truly exceptional service. You make his day every time!
I came to Denver on vacation from NYC and was hoping to find a barber with good skills for a skin fade. I was very happy with my experience. Victoria was a great stylist and is a good conversationalist as well. Thorough and knows the proper techniques for a perfect haircut. I don’t mind paying a premium price as long as I get what I pay for. Would highly recommend the crew there. 5 stars!
