HIGHLIGHTS: Fair Pricing, Extremely Kind Duo, Transparent with Pricing, Respectful of Property I was hesitant to rent another inflatable after a bad experience with a different company—hidden fees and poor communication left a sour taste. But Galaxy Jumpers completely changed my perspective. Their pricing was refreshingly fair and transparent. Even before booking, they reached out and took the time to understand my concerns. The quote they provided was clear and straightforward: just the rental, tax, and a delivery fee (which was waived since I was within their service area). I decided to go for it, and I’m so glad I did. They showed up on time, were incredibly respectful of my property, and made safety a priority by staking everything down securely. A major bonus? The pump was surprisingly quiet—not obnoxious at all, which made a big difference during the party. The inflatable was a huge hit at the party, and the whole experience felt easy and professional. It’s reassuring to know there are still genuine, customer-focused businesses out there. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved using this company for our birthday celebration! They are very professional and the bounce house was clean. Set up took like two minutes and I really liked that they had a water hose system that my hose hooked up to, it wasn’t just one stream of water. They were right on time for drop off and pickup, communication for payment was easy peasy. Nothing but good things to say!

We had the best experience with Galaxy Jumpers! The waterslide was a huge hit for our birthday party and the neighborhood kids/adults. Will definitely be renting from them again in September!
