The bathrooms in the food court are some of the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever been in. Blood and poop smeared on the walls. It's clear nothing is every wiped down. It smells horrible. The only thing this mall does well is the variety of shops and food. Everything else is absolutely disgusting. 🤢

If I could I would do zero stars, security guards at the mall through Allied Universal don't do crap when it comes to enforcement and security in regards to the trouble makers throughout the mall. One of the Allied Universal guards told me they can't do shit to enforce the safety policies for the mall. And there are dogs all over not emotional support or therapy dogs. I'm certainly not eating in the food court with animals around. Too bad this mall used to be classy and a highlight of my day to go and shopping at the mall and feel safe but I guess thats not the case. Now it feels like going to a bad part of town and feeling safe there-which rarely happens.

I go to the mall at least once a month. My 2 favorite goto is apple Bee's and Encore Shoes and bonus Dicks Sporting Goods. I enjoy Charlies in the foodcourt. Mostly I go to take my Guidedog to walk him around the coridores, enjoying the esculator to the Cookie company, If you prefer parking in a parking ramp there are options available, both having access to entering the mall. Go enjoy the adventure there is something for everyones tastes. All parking is easy and conviently located near the entrances.

I brought my two-year-old here to enjoy the kiddie rides, and it was a total disappointment. Three of the machines took my money and didn’t work. The dollar bill changer was also out of order, and even the Coke machine nearby took my money and didn’t dispense anything. How is this acceptable in a place meant for families? There’s no signage, no way to get a refund, and clearly no upkeep on the equipment. Shameful for a public space to allow this kind of neglect—especially when kids are involved.

My family and I came to this mall to do a little shopping two weeks before Christmas on a Sunday, and we could not believe how quiet and not busy this place was. There wasn't even a line to visit Santa Clause. There were some fun stores to shop in. I really liked shopping at Miniso, Red Panda Candy, go! toys, and rally house. getting a drink at Scooters was great.
