They answered every question promptly, picked up every call, and made the entire process stress-free—even with my very large order. I wanted to support the local business being that I’m around the corner and I regretted it immediately unfortunately. Very cold service from a young man who lacked knowledge, communication and the customer service skills necessary to provide an elevated experience. The print itself was mediocre. Some pages had spots and printing lines all throughout yet still cost just south of $100.
Though they were pleasant and accommodating, I think the quality you get here is low relative to the price and other options out there. They did not take accountability for printing our design off center and generally were not mindful of issues created on their end nor on ensuring an overall good product.
Had to print a last minute wedding gift. Working with the woman today was fast, easy, and professional. Getting this printed was a journey like you wouldn't believe, but she was with me the whole way. I'm so glad this little print shop exists. Support local businesses!
