I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The day I initially brought my phone in, the employee who was helping me left, and no one else on staff was able to assist me. I was then told to return the next day. I came back, dropped off my phone, and was told it would be ready for pickup at 3:00 PM. When I arrived at 5:00 PM, the phone still had not been repaired. With no call to communicate. On top of that, the staff was very nonchalant, seemed untrained, and provided extremely poor customer service. I received a voicemail from them, but after trying to call back multiple times over the past two days, I still haven’t been able to reach anyone. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone needing reliable service or communication.

DO NOT EVER GET GEEK SQUAD!!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE. IVE BEEN PAYING FOR AERVICES ON A PHONE THAT WE SOLD BACK TO THEM YEARS AGO! JUST FPUND OUT TODAY THAT OLD IPHONE 11 IS COVERED AND NOT THE CURRENT PHONE WE OWN. I WAS TOLD AT THE TIME I PIRCHASED THE NEW IPHONE THAT IT WAS COVERED ON THE PLAN. WELL THE PLAN WAS NEVER CHANGED TO MY CURRENT PHONE. SO IBE BEEN PAYING THESE CROOKS FOR A PHONE WE DO NOT OWN FOR AT LEAST 4 YEARS!!! DO NOT GET GEEK SQUAD!!!

Set up an appointment for 5pm to get my AirPods sent off for warranty. Waited until 6:20pm to be told they couldn’t do anything and we would need to go through Apple directly. Waste of time.

Kind of shocking how poorly run the geek squad is. Had an appt for them to come look at our TV that’s under warranty and got a call from them and they were at a house in a TOTALLY DIFFERENT city… the tech was super nice and apologized and said he was dispatched there, but said he sees they put the wrong address. He called around and got us an appt for the next day which is great no problems and I even see the scheduled appt for the next day. BUT our time came and went with no tech. We called, got transferred a million times and were told they can’t schedule appointments for the next day and that’s why nobody showed up. So that’s 2 days wasted waiting for Geek Squad to show up. Now I have to wait a couple more days and hopefully maybe someone will actually show up. Unbelievable…
