I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Get Air Trampoline Park in Revere, MA. The facility was not kept at all, there may be a nice update but the floors were dirty, equipment looked worn down, and overall it felt poorly maintained. For a place that’s supposed to be fun and safe for kids, cleanliness should be a top priority, and it clearly isn’t here. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s behavior. Instead of being professional and welcoming, the manager was rude and constantly yelling at children for no clear reason. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely unnecessary. Kids are there to have fun, not to be shouted at. Overall, this place feels disorganized, unclean, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this location to families and definitely won’t be coming back.
My son celebrated his 8th birthday at Get Air this past Monday, and it was a fantastic experience! We had around 30 guests, and everyone had a blast. The party room is spacious and, being separate from the jump zones, it allowed us to really enjoy cake time without distractions. Compared to other trampoline parks with separate sections, Get Air feels like one large open space, making it easy for parents to supervise their kids. (Although I still kept an eye on the ball pits—kids love to hide in there!) They’ve recently renovated the entire park, adding exciting new features like slides, ziplines, and an upper section that’s like a maze you can loop through. Booking the party was a breeze. The manager was very responsive to emails and went out of their way to make the whole experience feel personal and customer-friendly—definitely a step above other trampoline parks in the area. If you're planning a party or just looking for a great indoor activity, I highly recommend checking out Get Air!
Very very nice upgrades BUT the bathroom really needs to be upgraded and have more cleaning management. It was really really gross and smelled of urine and feces. especially knowing kids wear socks, Someone should be placed every hour or two hours to clean it up a bit at least. It needs some MAJOR attention.
I am incredibly DISAPPOINTED, DISSATISFIED, and ANGRY with my visit at get air, Revere. First off, it’s not very well kept, but that’s the least of it. If you’ve previously visited this park, you know it was pretty good. Trampolines, foam pits, ninja course, swing, and at some points a zip line. Now the only thing available to customers is the trampoline and foam pit. The rest of the park is closed to customers and is all construction. The construction is not the part that angers me, it’s the fact there are no warnings or notices that more than half the park is gone. And it’s still full price. The website still claims it has all the previous activities, when it does not. Also, almost all of the arcade machines and vending machines are out of order and broken. Including the drink machine. Like what, after jumping you can’t get drinks? Which mind you, is also advised on the website. SUPER disappointing. If they let people know beforehand, it would be a completely different situation, but sadly that’s not the case. I want my money back. NOT worth it. (And there are no refunds)
Matt “El Mago” was very kind and helpful. The kids had a great time. $21 for an hour of “Big Air” jumping around all the obstacles and stuff. Bathrooms were fairly clean and the tables were clean. No trash on the floor or anything. Our first time here and we will be returning in the near future.
