I don’t normally leave reviews of places but this one warranted a review as the cleanliness and customer service is below standards. I went to purchase socks at the front desk and was asked to leave the line to sign the release form before I purchased entry. Normally, I wouldn’t even think twice. But the 5 people that came after me were not asked to sign release forms. During purchase of socks, the tall older man (the one who told me to leave the line and sign the release forms), was extremely rude. Not only did he stop mid transaction to tend to other customers already in the playground, multiple times, he stoped our transaction to yell at a mother who was asking to change dollar bills FOR THE ARCADE THAT THEY HAVE ON SITE. The woman set the dollar bills down on the counter as she was not understanding. There was a clear language barrier. This man verbatim, in-front of everyone at the check in desk, put his non-existent top and bottom lip together, to say “what do you think this is?! THIS IS NOT A BANK LADY” and proceeded to push her money across the counter in the most disrespectful manner. Mind you, this is all going on in front of other children, their parents and a younger curly headed employee. I should’ve walked out right then and there but I had promised my kid a day at the trampoline place. At this point, since my request to purchase an extra pair of socks for myself had been ignored multiple times and the tall older man was occupied yelling at a mother, I asked the younger curly headed employee to please complete my transaction and add a pair of socks. We went about our day but the bathrooms were disgusting, the toilets were filthy, not a maintenance person in sight. Inevitably, kids and adults were walking into these filthy bathrooms in their socks and proceeding to use the play equipment afterwards. Needless to say, this place is a cesspool because nobody is available to tend to this establishment appropriately. As if these red flags were not red enough for me, on my way out I witnessed the man pictured below YELLING at three minors because they were messing with the switch next to the vending machine. For two minutes, while I was putting my daughters shoes on, in awe of what was going down in-front of me, I watched this guy tell the children and demand that they give him 5 dollars for messing with the switch. I wish I was kidding. I understand places have rules and the parents should’ve been watching their kids but he should’ve involved the guardian, immediately. As I was getting up to intervine, the children’s parent came over because she saw the guy’s body language was all the way off. The tall older man and the guy pictured below have no business working in environments with children. Or families, for that matter.

This facility offers a lot for toddlers and has the potential to be a really fun experience. However, I will not be returning because the level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. To be honest, this was the dirtiest place I have ever taken my child. I have been to many indoor play spaces, and I have never experienced anything like this. The bathrooms were in terrible condition — they smelled extremely bad and looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The most upsetting part was the diaper changing station, which was visibly soiled. I couldn’t even use it and had to go out to my car to change my daughter. What made it worse is that the issue wasn’t limited to the bathrooms. The lack of cleanliness seemed to be consistent throughout the entire facility. From the trampolines to the play areas, everything felt dirty and poorly maintained. It made it very difficult to relax or feel comfortable letting my child play. It’s really disappointing because this place could be amazing, but the hygiene standards need serious improvement. Until that changes, I would not recommend it to other parents.

I’ve traveled all the way from Maryland and visited so many playgrounds across MD, VA, and MA—but this trampoline park is honestly the BEST one yet! Super clean, very well organized, and perfect for kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the whole place felt safe and fun at the same time. My kids didn’t want to leave! There are so many activities to keep them busy, not just trampolines but a full experience. If you’re looking for a place where your kids can have an amazing time and you can relax knowing they’re safe, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommend—worth the trip every time!

If you want to allow your kid to grow a bit of independence, agility, cardio, and reflexes then this is the place. On top of all of that, its a very fun place to jump or walk and explore. They have a fun trampoline area, and an open fun little town area where the kids can run and explore. Took my daughter once and immediately had to plan the next trip with her.
