Daniel and his Management Company arrived at just the right time and helped us transition from an aging owner/manager (my dad) into using a management company for our two West LA 9 unit apartment buildings. It was a hard sell to someone who had managed his own buildings for 50 years, but Daniel made the change easy for him and easy all around. He helped bring the apartments up to market rate with suggesting improvements so that we could maximize the potential. He found us good tenants who stayed. He also gave me piece of mind when handing over the reins of two buildings that they would be run as close to how my dad had run them for years. He is trustworthy, collaborative, fiscally minded and when the time came to sell the properties he was able to broker us a great deal with minimal stress. ALthough our time with him is done, I can whole heartedly recommend his Building Management company. They managed our two West LA Buildings for approx 5 years partially through Covid and helped with the handover to new owners. Can’t say enough good things.

Daniel and Team have helped us out considerably with my 7 bedroom apartment complex. Electrical, Plumbing, Flood, Tenants, Repairs, Renovation. Glaser Property Management has helped me in every single aspect and I am grateful to call them a teammate. The task of managing my property was a bit daunting being in Arizona but Daniel made my life so much easier! I cannot thank you enough for being so honorable and always answering your phone when I called. I cannot say enough about the service you provide and hope that others will be lucky enough to use you for property management.

I live in the Bay Area and recently acquired a new rental property in LA. I interviewed a handful of property management companies for long-term management based on referrals and online reviews. Daniel was hands down the top choice based on professionalism, comprehensive knowledge of the market, customer service, responsiveness, and cost. The property I acquired was left in extremely poor condition; however, Daniel and his team have been going above and beyond what any property manager could ask for. They have been overseeing the entire process end-to-end -- from finding a licensed contractor, picking out all the fixtures, to providing recommendations on how to get the highest return on investment. I couldn't be any happier with Glaser Property Management.

My brother and I decided to retain Glaser Property Management company to manage our family's multi-unit property, and I can confidently say that it was the best decision we made with respect to the property. Daniel and his team are trustworthy, efficient, and responsive - what more can a landlord want from a PM? Our previous PM dropped us as a client with a 2-week notice right around the Thanksgiving weekend (and I had a two-week old baby at home to take care of). Needless to say, I started to panic and contacted over a dozen of local PMs. Daniel was quick with his response and offered to meet me with minimal notice. Despite receiving cheaper quotes from other PMs, we decided to go with Daniel because of his management philosophy and straight-forward fee structure. It took Daniel and his team less than a week to fully take over the management of my property and set up a bank account to collect the next month's rent after notice without a hiccup. Since taking over the property, Daniel and his team have been in constant communication with us to keep us updated on all matters relating to the property. Daniel's proactive approach in identifying potential repair or tenant issues, and suggesting corrective actions have been very helpful and educational. Not only is he knowledgeable and competent, but we feel like Daniel genuinely cares about our interest ahead of his own. I highly recommend Daniel and his team without any reservation!

Glaser Property management is a wonderful family owned management company. I love their customers first approach. This company is small but they will definitely be growing as I am sending all my clients and business to them. They have fantastic analytics for those experienced investors interested in "the numbers" and are very hands-on for those with little-to-no experience and first-time real estate owners. Daniel is really great. He's a fourth-generation real estate owner/investor and uses his expertise to help his clients make sound decisions.
