I highly recommend Sunset Lending & Realty, Thomas and his team are very accommodating. As a first time home buyer Thomas was very patient and walked me through every step of the way. The team worked diligently to get my approved and funded and I was even able to close a week ahead of the estimated time. If you are in the market for a home and want a honest and transparent team working with you, I'd definitely choose SLR.

All around exceptional in their line of work. We had a non-standard request to get a HELOC without a base mortgage (house owned outright) and also held the property in the name of a trust vs an individual. They went out of their way where pretty much everyone else found the request too difficult and passed on us to find us a solution that would work. They even signed up with another bank to reseller their products to get something to work for us! Honestly, they are the best at what they do and they made it entirely simple for our family. We'd highly recommend.

Thomas and his team are phenomenal. Thomas has personally spent weeks explaining to me how the mortgage and refinance procedure works. Hands down he is the most competitive When compared to 20 other mortgage brokers, I have called and spoke to. While the mortgage industry is very competitive, Thomas Far surpasses his Competitors because he is very genuine and will go above and beyond to try to get you the best rate possible while always staying in communication every step of the way. Most of his competitors do not pick up the phone let alone spend 2 minutes on the phone with a potential client.
