I recently visited Jacky's salon in the charming Cow Hollow neighborhood. The location is fantastic, close to adorable restaurants and even a dog bakery. What stood out to me the most, though, was Jacky's kindness, her attentive listening, and her talent in providing me with a spray tan and lashes that I absolutely adored, even though I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. She truly goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service to her clients. I showed her a few reference photos for lashes, not entirely sure of my preference, and she skillfully combined elements from each picture to give me the perfect set. Jacky was also excellent at communication both before and after the appointment, ensuring all my questions were addressed. Thank you, Jacky, for a wonderful experience! I'll definitely be returning!

Best lashes in the Bay Area hands down. I'm absolutely obsessed. I started coming in November 2021 just for my friends wedding and I've been hooked ever since. 11/10 recommend... not only is Jacky extremely talented she's also the sweetest! Don't hesitate, book with her now you will not regret it!
