The cashier lied about the price of a pro membership and then refused to reveal after I paid. I got to my car to check my receipt. She said it was $2. It was was $38. No refunds on memberships. Do not trust the staff here, do not shop here. EDIT: Owner replied, my question to owner - do I get a refund for the membership?

The Asian dude was extremely pushy and just couldn’t be straight about deals and prices. Ended up charging me more.

GNC is great at hiring dudes who can’t take no for an answer(red flag). It shouldn’t take me saying “no” three times to get the message across that I don’t want to provide a phone number for their whatever loyalty program they’re trying to sign me up for, just to receive a very condescending glare followed by a disapproving and sarcastic “alrighttttt”. Especially from teenagers working there who are half my size. The audacity.

The staff member was very rude. He was nice to other customers, and when my sister and I came to the register, he was very rude and even dropped the items we bought.
