Chris, Max, and the while staff here are very helpful here. I've been coming here for over 12 years now and they always help me get the most value out of my vision plan. Dr. Michelle Kim is also great with my eye exams.

Been coming here for probably close to two decades for my eyewear needs. Most experiences have been good but recent one will probably lead me to go somewhere else. After the most recent new glasses they saw that my old pair had a break in the frame. They said they can weld it together. So I left the pair with them to be welded. upon retrieving and paying for the repair I realized that the frame had been contorted. They would not refund me the money that I had paid and said that any attempt to reform the frame will cause the welded area to break again. So now I have a pair that had cost me to be repaired that us too twisted to be worn. I did clearly let them know that this was unacceptable that they have charged me for something that is not wearable. I gave them an appropriate amount of opportunity to respond to my claim. But when I got no response from the management I walked out quietly. I think they lost a loyal customer over $50.

I really love this shop because I've been going probably since I moved to LA in 2009. The eye doctors really look after you and always take walk in. I appreciate The staff who are always kind to me when I walk in there. I love the turtles and one day I'm going to bring one!

Overall great service and great selection of glasses and sunglasses. Everyone including the Optometrist are very welcoming, nice, and professional. They stand behind their work and will help fix or adjust your glasses/ sunglasses. Bilingual in both an English and Korean is a plus. They take most insurances.

I’ve been coming to Gold Optometry for over 10+ years. The staff is always welcoming and helpful and Dr. Michelle Kim is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. I get contacts, eye glasses and designer sunglasses from Gold Optometry and I know my eyes are in good hands. My husband is now a loyal customer too. I recommend making an appointment for an eye exam before visiting, especially during these covid times.
