Visited Dr Gold on 12/29/25. My visit with Dr Gold are always informative and professional. He's the best dermatologist ever! The nurse, Brandy, who assisted him at my visit was very attentive to my personal needs regarding numbing medicine, and adjusted as needed. She also explained in detail how to take care of the areas tested, and to let them know if any gave me problems. I was thoroughly impressed with Brandy and her professional work. Happy New Year to all at Dr Gold's office.

Went in for scar treatment they used a lazor and only made things worse. Burned my skin made scars bigger and worse than they were. Dr. Gold seemed like he was getting frustrated when I would asked questions. They burned my skin making scars alot worse I just never went back. This was years ago maybe they know what they are doing by now hopefully.

Dr Gold & team saved my skin (and my mental health with it)! Before finding Dr. Gold, I went to 13 doctors over a span of 10 months with a severe skin condition that I could not figure out what was going on. I kept getting told it was just acne and sent out the door with a new antibiotic or cream that did nothing to treat my condition. As a non-medical professional, it looked nothing like acne - it was all over my body, extremely deep (admittedly made significantly worse due to me picking at it), the lesions contained hard keratin plug-like nodules, and at my age, it didn't seem reasonable that I would suddenly have severe acne. I came into Dr Gold's office in tears. He was able to finally give me the diagnosis I had been looking for - Prurigo Nodularis. Him and his team got to work immediately with an intense treatment program. I was in the office bi-weekly for the better part of a year. I got to know many of the nurses and staff, and I cannot emphasize enough how kind and caring they all were. They were so empathetic to what I was going through, and gave me support and encouragement as I went through the journey of healing my skin. I really felt like they actually cared and were invested in my journey with me; I wasn't just another cash source that they ushered out of the treatment room as soon as possible to get to the next patient. They were so non-judgmental as I went through the struggle of breaking the habit of picking at my skin and to let it heal on its own (easier said than done). With every new visit, him and his team complimented how good I was doing and how much better my skin was looking. The whole team was also all extremely knowledgeable with answering questions I had about my condition and treatment. They also made scheduling and getting prescription refills a breeze. My only note is that wait times can be long - I would usually just bring my headphones or a book for entertainment. It is worth the wait!!!! It's been a long and slow but steady journey, and I am shocked at how great my skin looks now. For how bad my skin was on my first appointment, I cannot believe how much it has healed and how minimal the scarring is. I was worried I would have permanent indentations on my face, but with their treatment plan everything has healed back to normal. I don't know where I would be if I didn't find Dr. Gold's office, and I am forever grateful to him and his team for everything. They made more of a difference to me than they know. I cannot recommend Gold Skin Care center enough. I was heartbroken to have to stop seeing Dr. Gold and team as we re-located to Colorado. If it weren't for moving away from Tennessee, they would have a lifetime patient!
