They have lost the plot in this store...!! They have increased prices by an exorbitant amount. They are selling clothes for close to 30% - 40% off their original full price - I would rather wait for store sales and buy the item new directly from the designer or Neiman Marcus!!

I've been going for years. . . the racks are now chock full of knock-offs and samples, and there are some nice pieces mixed in. As always the staff are rude, aggressive, and unhelpful. I've gotten nice things here over the past several years but I never like being there or leave feeling good about the place. I prefer to buy used clothing to stop the trash heap from growing, and don't need white glove service, but new management would go a long way to making this place worth the effort.

Great selection of a variety of brands and designer. The items are in great condition and reasonably priced. The staff are so kind and helpful!

Was excited to shop here for the first time and was prepared to drop a good bit of money on coats, but the lady in front made me feel so… profiled? I was the only woman of color in a store full of white women, all with bags, but she only asked to take mine. It was like as soon as I walked in, she clocked me and I felt under suspicion. I watched multiple other women in the store use their bags to hold clothes they’re going to try on and I thought seriously? See other reviews regarding problematic behavior. I recommend Designer Consigner down the street instead. I’ve always felt welcomed there.

Exciting! Afordable to afordableish. I’ve shopped here since the year 2000. If you’re wanting to be amazed by men’s and women’s new and previously owned clothes and accessories- “designer-eye-candy”, then this is it! You will be satisfied when you find that special and unique item you weren’t necessarily looking for, but glad you did. Wealthy people, designer Samples, etc. contribute their clothes here on consignment. Who knows, maybe a celebrity too. Shoes, jewelry galore. Items arrive to the store consistently. 2 locations conveniently located across from each other on Sacramento Street in lovely Laurel Heights. Make Goodbyes your destination.
