Performed subpar work and failed to return my deposit after multiple attempts. Wanted to do business with them to support local small businesses but very disappointed at the lack of service and commitment to their word. The money I deposited was MY personal money and not the company’s. I told you that when I gave it to you and you agreed you’d return it to me when you received the full payment check. Once I gave you the company check, you gave me the run around and never paid me back. All the orders I made were paid, if you had payment issues for other orders, you could have resolved them with those that made the orders or some other way, not telling me “next week” every single time I asked you about my money.
