Had an amazing time at Gravity! My friends and I did e-karting, almost tried all the games the VR is amazing as well. All in all it was so much fun. The staff were super helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
Although the gaming was a good experience, there were a few issues I experienced and as the staff in Gravity max were unable to help there was no contact number for immersive gamebox. I had issues with booking student tickets, so I had to go ahead and book adult tickets as there was no instant support with this. The game is supposed to last 1 hour but only lasted 40 minutes and also I was unable to access the GIF and the video. I have given 1 star as I did email the support team regarding these issues and although the response was initially quick, the contact suddenly stopped and there is no resolution to my issues.
This place is everything you want and more! When it comes to activities and interactive fun, this is the place to be. I will say don’t expect the best service from the bar tenders when Liverpool are playing. To be expected? The toilets were the only real let down in this place the lightest way to put it, it wasn’t pleasant at all, maybe some toilet check sheets to ensure the staff remember to check them when you guys are that busy. Overall Rating 7/10
It’s a good thing . Little man enjoyed it . I will say £70 for an hour is steep for what it is however . We enjoyed doing something different t and little man really enjoyed it . We had a laugh so that’s the main thing . I will say you will sweat like Lizards as it’s warm with the screens .
