I will say when we went to purchase the trees the service was top notch… we bought the soil we were told too… bought the cornmeal from them.. followed every step from them and paid big bucks for 30 cedars…everything was perfect in the early summer of 2023 … we followed all watering instructions to the T… then spring 2024 arrives… 5 trees dead.. reached out and they were a complete disappointment.. ZERO customer service.. a big fat tough luck… I have attached my request to replace them and the email saying know that I’m to go to my landscaper… We are the landscapers we are the ones they didn’t We are the ones telling you to think twice about going there as they don’t guarantee their trees like all the other ones around the city.. Especially for the price they charge.. it is quite appalling really 150.00 per tree And that doesn’t even include the soil, the mulch, the Bonemeal, the Geo cloth on and on and on.. Thank goodness, we have found another company with much much lower pricing and amazing customer service to replace our 5 cedars with this weekend… A video from May 13, but I cannot upload it for some reason… This is just a warning to read the fine print or get it in writing because they do not warranty their products… EDIT- reply to your response… I guess you really do fully read these reviews don’t you! As mentioned, we are the contractors… Perhaps you should take care of your contractors so they continue using you.. or at least respond accurately.. we followed your steps completely.. you guys did not even give us a courtesy of a visit and it is less than a four minute drive from your yard.. just a straight up tough luck!!!!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Some of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered in the trades. Can order most things but def experience difficulty finding non traditional, straight species, native plants. The shipping within the city is outrageously expensive though.

This is the best place for contractors to find great quality plants paired with an extremely helpful staff. They are always very knowledge and will work with you to find what you need for your projects. One of my favourite places in Ottawa.

Greenlife landscaped my backyard recently and the transformation was amazing. The team was able to quickly make changes as required when the original design was not possible due to COVID supplier shortages. They listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the result.
