I had an awesome experience at Guitar Center in the Heights! This was my first time buying a Telecaster, and Hakeem (sorry if I’m spelling that wrong!) made the whole process super smooth. He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for, like making sure I got a maple neck, and helped me narrow down my options without any pressure. I left feeling confident in my choice and couldn’t be happier with my new guitar. Thanks again to Hakeem and the team for making it such a great first purchase experience!

Jaime was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me find a quality guitar slightly above my budget but worth every penny. I walked in looking to buy a simple starter kit but he advised against that and pointed me in a far better direction. I purchased ibanez grg121sp bmc gio rg and an orange crush 20rt amp. When I got home I did more research on my purchase to find out this build was an absolute sleeper combo comparable to more expensive guitars at half the price! He was even able to get me a free guitar lesson which I haven’t used yet, but I’m so happy with my purchase that only 1 week in I already know the hooks to 3-5 different songs!

The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, friendly & attentive in helping my boyfriend find a new guitar. We had Jamie helping us whos name i hope i got right lol. Keep up the good work guys!!

Got to try every guitar I wanted. I was buying a new guitar. Went in looking for a Fender Jazz master left with a PRS. Got to try them on different amps to make sure I could get the raw tone I was looking for. The staff helped and answered any questions I had.

Awesome staff. Once again they hit out of the ballpark. I appreciate the business. The honesty and the patience. I highly recommend this location in Houston, Texas!
