I am very pleased with my hair extension/ Brazilian knots installation. It's still so unreal when I see my hair in the mirror... it's long and so gorgeous! I have regained so much confidence having new length and voluminous hair. The team is warm and vibrant and I felt comfortable the whole time! Many thanks Heidi, Claire and team. I will be following instructions carefully to maintain them :)

I just wanted to take a second and thank Heidi, Porsche and Claire at Hair Extension Palace. I have been getting my hair done with them for the past year and I absolutely adore them as well as never had my hair done so beautifully. Heidi is truly a queen! She is fantastic at what she does and all of the ladies are such a pleasure to be around. Never have I ever went to an establishment and felt like family. Thank you so much Heidi and Team! I’ll see you soon.

I've been a customer at Hair Extension Palace for over three years now. These ladies have given me a new lease on life -- whether I see Heidi or Claire, I know I'm going to walk out of there feeling confident and beautiful. If I have a problem, they are quick to help figure out a solution and make it right. They're the best. ❤️

I've been going to Hair Extension Palace for years now and always have a great time when getting my hair done. My hair always looks so nice when finished and they have worked with me, through my hair being damaged in past and now, as I'm working through a battle of hair thinning. They have always been patient and give good haircare advice. They've become friends through the years and that is appreciated. Thank you, Heidi, Claire, Porsche and Ronnie for being good people, doing great haircare and sharing laughs and smiles!

I went in for a consult with Claire, inquiring whether we could add on 6-8 inches to my shoulder length hair. She quoted me $590 for the hair alone, to which I replied that was over my budget so she said we can do half the hair at half the price. I asked if it would still look good, specifically wondering about the blunt under layer, and she assured me it would and that the under hair wouldn’t be visible. I arrived at my appointment a few days later and when I parked I received a text that they were stuck in traffic and would be an hour late. I went for a walk and came back 40 minutes later. To my surprise they were doing someone else’s hair, and my appointment didn’t get started until almost 2 hours after my scheduled start time. The hair extensions didn’t match and Heidi was kind enough to find some that did match my hair well. Unfortunately, after getting home and showering it was obvious that either not enough hair was used or the sew in method was not feasible for blending with my hair. My hair looks like I have a bob haircut with a thin layer of hair in between a short top layer and a short bottom layer. Despite Heidi’s kindness, I’m really disappointed in the result and feel like I was lied to by Claire that a good result could be achieved in my price range. I contacted them later that day to let them know I was unhappy with my results and ask if there was anything we could do to make my hair look better and they took no responsibility, basically telling me it was my fault for choosing the sew in option. $700 down the drain.
