If you are from out of town don’t let them sell you on oh yeah we’re very flexible and have alot of openings. They are not. It’s only been two months and already having to deal with rescheduling time off from work to travel to and from has been difficult. Times are scheduled then canceled then they want to reschedule after the treatment brought home is done with. I wish they would work better with those coming from out of town when they have to move appts around. It is easier for a local to rearrange their schedule than someone that will be driving 3.5 hrs to and 3.5 hrs back.

Don't do it. Very expensive and in my opinion it doesn't look natural. Michelle was very nice and helpful but the upfront staff not so much. Supposedly my contract ended in May of this year but they kept taking money out of my bank. When I told them they didn't apologize and tried to keep me on but wanted to charge more money. I told them that I would not keep paying and asked for one more visit so they can take the "system" off. They should have refunded the month that they took after contract ended. I emailed them requesting refund but never got response. The last month that they paid themselves was $250 which is a bit expensive for just removing it. They called it a salon visit but it was not. If your considering this place save yourself the trouble and money. Elizabeth

I was very pleased with Hair Club' s professional staff, and especially hairdresser and stylist Nancy Cleveland. I really appreciated her superb abilities with dealing with wigs & me. I received so many positive compliments on my hairstyles & color. Many thought it was my own hair. I am hoping to continue with Hair Club' for additional haircare.
